2. What LibraAmz is
LibraAmz is a management application that PROKUBIX TECH S.L. uses for its own e-commerce business: orders, shipping, accounting, tax, reviews and, through the SocialControl module, the company's social media accounts. Only users authorised by the company can access it.
3. Data we process
- LibraAmz users: name, email address and password (stored as a one-way hash), and an access log.
- Store customers: the data needed to fulfil and invoice their orders (name, shipping address, phone number, products purchased and amounts), received from the sales channels where they made the purchase.
- Connected social media accounts (SocialControl): the data each social network provides once the account holder authorises it, described in section 4.
4. Data from TikTok and other social networks
When a user connects a TikTok account (or another network) to SocialControl, they do so through that network's official login and accept the permissions shown to them. LibraAmz never sees or stores the account password. Depending on the permissions granted, LibraAmz may receive:

Social media data is used exclusively to manage the company's own accounts. It is not used for advertising, not sold, not shared with third parties and not combined with data about other users of those networks. LibraAmz complies with each platform's developer terms, including the TikTok Developer Terms of Service.
5. Legal basis
- Performance of the sales contract with store customers (orders, shipping and returns).
- Compliance with legal obligations (invoicing, accounting and tax).
- Consent of the account holder to connect a social network, which can be withdrawn at any time.
- The company's legitimate interest in running its business and keeping the application secure.
6. How long we keep data
- Social media data: while the account remains connected. When it is disconnected, tokens are deleted immediately and any other data received from that network within 30 days.
- Order and invoice data: for the period required by commercial and tax law (usually 6 years).
- LibraAmz users: for as long as they have authorised access.
7. Disconnecting an account and deleting its data
You can disconnect a social network at any time from SocialControl, or revoke access from the network itself (in TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Apps and services). You can also request deletion by writing to tomas@prokubix.com; we handle requests within 30 days.
8. Where data is stored and who it is shared with
Data is stored on servers controlled by PROKUBIX TECH S.L. in the European Union, over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and with restricted access. It is only shared with third parties when needed for the business: with carriers to deliver orders, with the sales channels where the purchase was made, with the tax authorities when required by law, and with social networks, only the content the user chooses to publish there.
9. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to tomas@prokubix.com. If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
10. Minors
LibraAmz is a professional tool and is not intended for anyone under 18.

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date.
