1. Owner

LibraAmz is an application of PROKUBIX TECH S.L., Tax ID (CIF) B42628594, Avenida de la Industria 19, 03690 San Vicente del Raspeig (Alicante), Spain. Contact: tomas@prokubix.com.

2. Purpose

These terms govern the use of LibraAmz and its SocialControl module. LibraAmz is an internal management tool for the e-commerce business of PROKUBIX TECH S.L. Using it means accepting these terms and the Privacy Policy.

3. Access

• Only people authorised by PROKUBIX TECH S.L. may use LibraAmz, each with their own personal user account.
• Each user is responsible for keeping their password secret and for reporting any suspected unauthorised access.
• The company may withdraw access at any time, for example when an employment relationship ends.

4. SocialControl and social networks

• Only the company's own social media accounts, or accounts whose holder has expressly authorised it, may be connected.
• Accounts are connected through each network's official login. The account holder can disconnect them from SocialControl or from the network itself at any time.
• Content published from SocialControl is the responsibility of the person who publishes it and must comply with each network's rules (for example, the TikTok Community Guidelines and its Terms of Service), the law and third-party rights (image, intellectual property and trademarks).
• Nothing is published without a user's confirmation, either immediately or on the date they schedule.
• LibraAmz relies on each social network's API. If a network changes or restricts its API, some features may stop being available.

5. Acceptable use

LibraAmz must not be used to:

• send spam or publish misleading, illegal or offensive content;
• collect data about other users of social networks;
• attempt to access parts of the application or data without permission;
• circumvent the limits or terms of the connected platforms.

6. Intellectual property

The application, its design and the LibraAmz brand belong to PROKUBIX TECH S.L. Content published on social networks remains the property of its author or the company. TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and the other brands mentioned belong to their owners; LibraAmz is not sponsored or endorsed by them.

7. Liability

LibraAmz is provided as is, for internal use. PROKUBIX TECH S.L. strives to keep it running continuously and correctly, but is not liable for interruptions or errors caused by third-party services (social networks, marketplaces, carriers or hosting providers).

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The new version will be published on this page with its update date.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Alicante, unless the law provides otherwise.
